Remove any previous video (if you have one)
If you’re replacing an existing Vimeo video on your Squarespace site, you need to remove the existing one first.
Find your video on your page, select it and click on the delete icon
Adding your Livid video
Within the section you wish to add the video, select Add Block
From the list that appears scroll down to Embed or search for it at the top. DO NOT SELECT Video
The embed block will be added. Now double click on it to open the Content side bar. Select Code Snippet (1) followed by Embed data
In Livid, go to the sharing modal of the video you wish to embed. This is accessible from both the library and the video page itself:
Check that you have the video set to Public. If you don’t you cannot access the embed code.
Set your embed options and then use Copy code
Copy the code into the embed data block and your Livid video will show up!
