If you’re currently waiting for your annual plan to run out with Vimeo then we can help. We’ll happily credit your Livid account with the months remaining on your Vimeo account! You just have to drop us the most recent invoice from Vimeo to support@livid.com
To qualify you need:
- To have an existing annual plan subscription with Vimeo
- To have signed up to Livid with the same email account
- To be a current active subscriber to a Livid Pro annual or monthly subscription
- For the name on your credit card to match on both your Vimeo and Livid account
As long as the above is all true then we’ll credit any remaining full months of your Vimeo subscription onto your current Livid subscription.
