Cancellations and refunds
Cancel your Livid Pro plan anytime via billing settings and keep benefits until the period ends; refunds are available within 14 days for annual or 3 days for monthly plans.
You can cancel your Pro plan subscription at anytime.
To cancel:

- Navigate to the billing section of your user settings
- Select
Cancel Subscription - Confirm you wish you cancel
You will retain all of the Pro plan benefits until the end of your current billing period. You can re-activate your plan if done by mistake from the same page:

Refunds
If you purchased your Pro plan by mistake we’re happy to refund you provided that:
- You’re within 14 days of your annual plan purchase OR
- You’re within 3 days of your monthly plan purchase
